Rewrite your story. Reclaim your peace.

Relationships and family are supposed to be where we feel most connected, but sometimes, they’re the places where we feel the most misunderstood, hurt, or stuck. Therapy can be a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface; to notice the patterns, name the pain, and start shifting how you relate to one another.

About

We listen, act, and transform

I am a couple and family therapist based in St. Louis, Missouri, with advanced training in systemic, attachment-based, biopsychosocial and experiential approaches to therapy. I specialize in working with couples and families experiencing relational distress, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. My work emphasizes the importance of understanding interactional patterns, fostering emotional safety, and using play and experiential techniques to deepen connection across the lifespan. I also provide clinical supervision for post-graduate therapists pursuing licensure in the state of Missouri, supporting their professional development through a systemic and relational lens. I'm committed to helping emerging therapists grow in confidence, ethical practice, and clarity. I hold a Ph.D. in Medical Family Therapy from Saint Louis University, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota. My academic and clinical interests include human development, relational healing, and the impact of cultural expectations on personal and family identity.
